World Race - Community Life Internship
Along with World Race staff and alumni you will enter into the nuts and bolts of what makes the World Race run! You could participate in areas such as:
Admissions-answering questions, recruiting, and screening future Racers
Finances- working alongside the Accounting Dept to help Racers both in support raising and accounting while on the field.
Special Projects- There is always something else that could be done! You'll work in every area of the World Race, always doing something new to continue developing the program into all God wants it to be!
Marketing-Get the word out! Connect future Racers with Alumni. Develop and send new materials. Maintain websites and networks to help people enter into the pilgrimage of a lifetime!
Report to: the World Race Coordinator – Jimmy McCarty
Hours: 24 a week. Days and hours are agreed upon between Jimmy and intern.
Short Term Missions (STM) - Community Life Internship
The purpose is to assist the internal STM department in various administrative tasks as assigned. You'll have the opportunity to serve and gain experience in Leadership Development, STM project management (Setup), Marketing, and Process Quality Management while directly contributing to the overall success of AIM STM.
Recruiting Process- Compliment the Leadership Development in the recruiting process and the documentation of new project staff.
Administrative- Maintain up to date project staff documentation including financial policy, w9, EFT, and Medical Releases.
Training Program- Be involved with various aspects of the STM training program including material development, securing venues, train the trainer, and training delivery.
Setup-Assistant Project Management with internal administrative functions.
Process Quality- Contribute by helping to conduct Job Analysis of various STM positions and assisting in the streamlining of the individual tasks within those positions.
Participate- on a STM project and, after successful completion of training, potentially lead a STM project.
Report to: Determined by individual tasks, or assignments.
Hours: 24 a week. Days and hours are agreed upon within STM.
Admissions Department - Community Life Internship
You'll be a part of a team of individuals who will be heavily involved in all things administrative from beginning to end!
Trip Set-Up- Placing trips on the web, setting up codes with accounting.
Mobilization-Answer inquires, call inquires…send emails.
Application Process-Process applications, schedule interviews, interview.
Communication-with participants, parents and teams.
Support-Set up accounts, track, guide and coach.
Blog Pages-Set up, teach and manage.
Administrative-Paperwork, Handbooks, Flights, Visa, Shots, Finances…Communication!

Marketing -Community Life Internship
Do you have a passion for calling people to step up to their calling? As the marketing administrator, you will have the opportunity. Partnering with staff and alumni all over the world, you will be the cornerstone that connects them together to fulfill the vision of "waking up a generation." You will work directly with the Director of Marketing to:
Maintain and track -the success and our current marketing and mobilization efforts.
Launch-new initiatives.
Administrative-Keep the details straight for those who are getting the word out about the organization and help keep everything flowing smoothly and on schedule. This will take lots of organization and the ability to work with many people, and it will be a great chance to learn more about the field of marketing in the non-profit sector. You will be part of a team that will launch young people out into ministry all over the world.

Marketing Copywriter -Community Life Internship
Are you creative? Do you love to write and dream of using your words to produce something meaningful? As a copywriter, you will have access to our best stories from the mission field and help share them with thousands to awaken them to the reality of God's kingdom.
Word-smiting-for our newsletters and updates.
Write press releases-for upcoming mission trips and for our online magazine Wrecked for the Ordinary. Special projects-with important media contacts.
